Aperçu du rôle : En tant que chargé de projet de construction, vous rapporterez au Gestionnaire principale de la construction et de la maintenance et serez responsable de la supervision de tous les aspects des projets de construction. De la conception de la progression du projet à l'obtention des permis nécessaires, en passant par la coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes, vous veillerez à ce que chaque phase soit exécutée de manière efficace et conforme aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités principales :
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets de construction.
- Maîtrise d'AutoCAD et de Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Compétences avérées en matière de leadership, de négociation et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Le bilinguisme (oral et écrit) est requis.
- Volonté et capacité de voyager selon les besoins.
- Très bien organisé, motivé et désireux d'apprendre.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des priorités et des tâches multiples.
- Approche proactive et ingénieuse des défis.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for project planning, who has excellent negotiation skills and is proficient with AutoCAD.

Role Overview: As the Project Manager of Construction, you will report to the Senior Manager of Construction and Maintenance and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects. From shaping the project trajectory to securing necessary permits and coordinating with various stakeholders, you will ensure each phase is executed efficiently and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement strategies to ensure timely completion.
- Team Coordination: Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, adherence to contracts, and quality workmanship.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure that construction plans align with the brand's aesthetic and operational requirements. Review and interpret plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
- On-Site Management: Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and landlords, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and potential challenges.
- Permitting and Compliance: Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
