Administrative Assistant
Browns Shoes is looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to support our retail team and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day retail operations at Browns by:
· Manage calendars, employee time-off requests, sick days, accumulated time, etc.
· Manage travel and UBER for Business accounts.
· Manage expenses, mileage, parking, and relocation of employees
· Responsible for taking and sharing meeting minutes.
· Maintain and organizing files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
· Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information, company records, and financial documents.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience (1-2 years) as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
· Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
