THE ROLE
Sales Associate
Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
Educate clients on products and shoe care
Build strong client relationships to drive sales and exceed targets
Keep displays organized and visually appealing
Collaborate with the team and support stock management
Visual Merchandiser
Merchandise products in floor fixtures and on walls to adhere to visual standards and weekly directives.
Replenish displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.
Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
Oversee the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Creative and detail-oriented, with an eye for creating engaging displays that reflect the brand.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and collaborate with the team.
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales, retail, or visual merchandising experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
